Check In:
Please follow these procedures:
1. Turn on Lights
2. Set Thermoststat to desired temp (72-74 degrees)3. Open all Shades Pulling chords carefully
4. Turn on Ice maker Freezer ( Lift metal bar upward)
5. Unplug Ring camera loacted on counter
6. Turn On main Water valve: ( White Valve in Utility Closet ) see picture below
7. Turn On Water Heater: ( Switch in Utility Closet ) see picture below
8. Put Lanai furniture outside on Balcony
9. Check Rooms and surrounding area for anything out of place
Check Out:
Please follow these procedures:
1 Shut Off 2 Ceiling Fans (Master Bathroom and Kitchen)2 Wipe down counter Tops (Bathrooms and Kitchen)3 Fridge door's Shut both sides (Make sure both doors completely shut)
4. Ice make shut Off (Lift metal rod ice maker upward)5 Flush toilets, Wipe down around and clean bowl and area around. 6 Wipe down all tile floors with paper towel and cleaner7 Clean coffee Maker rinse out and leave lid open8 Vacuum floors (Living room, Both Bedrooms) Empty Vacuum 9 Sweep all tile areas (Kitchen hallway and bathrooms)10 Make Beds and launder sheets, Laundry card in drawer by dishwasher11 Shut Off Tv's and cable Boxes (living room and bedroom)
12 Bring Lanai furniture from Outside Balcony--Inside: See Picture13 Close Large Sliding Doors and lock (Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom and living room)
14 Pull shades down living room and Both bedrooms (Slowly)15 Empty Trash, Kitchen and bathrooms (Trash chute inside laundry room)
16 Clean Dirty dishes and put away17 Empty Dishwasher: Towel folded to keep door slightly open
18 Clean glass Shower doors and tile in shower
19 Shut Off Water Valve: (White Valve in Utility Closet) See Picture
20 Shut Off Water Heater: (Switch Labeled water Heater ) See Picture
21 AC Thermostat set at 77 degrees Away
22 Plug in Ring camera (face toward living room)
23 Shut off lights including lanai (Light switch in living room on wall)
24 Lock Door on Exit25 Condo Keys secure and safe (Return keys to Ben and Suzanne)
Please leave condo just the way it was when you arrived.
