Condo Guest Registration process,
South Seas Northwest is now requesting the following information be provided to all Renters/Guest prior to their arrival:
Go Directly to Main office (Tower 3)
1. Instructions for Registration @ SSNW Management Office (Located in Tower 3) a. A copy of their unit rental agreement or a letter from the unit owner b. Their car license plate number (if they are registering a vehicle) c. Registration fee of $100 payable via cash, check or credit cards (Includes 1 vehicle parking pass) (No ATM on premises)
2. Management Office Hours (Located in Tower 3) a. Monday - Saturday: 8 am to 4 pm b. Sunday – seasonal
3. SSNW Keys (copy attached) a. Silver Magnetic Key: Used to open all common doors in Towers 3 and 4, the cart rooms in both towers and the fitness room found in Tower 3 b. Unit Key: Used to open the unit front entry door c. Sidewalk Gate Key: Used to open the pedestrian gates passing the security guard house and on the South Seas Club sidewalk beach entrance between Towers 2 and 3.4. Issues arising in the unit during their stay: Tenant/Guest should directly contact whomever they rented from (owner or management company) should any issues arise in their unit

Codo UNIT KEYUsed to open the front door tothe Condominium
